天然虫除けスプレーをつくろう！

 8月に夏休み本番！

キャンプなど野外活動で活躍する天然の虫除けスプレーの作り方をご紹介します^^

エッセンシャルオイル（精油）はアロマ製品を扱うお店やネットショッピングなどで手に入ります。

★ Things You'll Need★

1. a spray bottle (about 90ml)
2. 2 table spoons olive oil
3. eucalyptus essentioal oil
4. citronella essential oil
5. a dropper for measuring

★ 準備するもの ★

1. スプレー用ボトル (約90ml)
2. オリーブオイル　小さじ2杯
3. ユーカリエッセンシャルオイル
4. シトロネラエッセンシャルオイル
5. スポイト

★ 作り方 ★

1. Pour the olive oil into the spray bottle.（オリーブオイル小さじ2杯をスプレーボトルに注ぎます。）
2. Add 20 drops of eucalyptus essential oil.（ユーカリエッセンシャルオイルをスポイトで吸い上げ、スプレーボトルに20滴垂らします。）
3. Add 20 drops of citronella essential oil.（シトロネラエッセンシャルオイルをスポイトで吸い上げ、スプレーボトルに20滴垂らします。）
4. Shake well.（スプレーボトルのふたをしっかり閉め、振ります。）
5. Spray the mixture onto your arms and legs and rub in well.（完成したスプレーをうでやあしに振り、よく擦ります。）
6. Wash your hands, and then enjoy being outside without getting bitten by mosquitoes！（手をよく洗ってから外で楽しい時間を過ごしましょう！）

*虫除けスプレーの付いた手で目などにふれるとかぶれることがあります。
